JEE Main Registration 2024 – The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the online registration process for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) January 2024. Interested candidates can check the eligibility and important registration details here and apply for the entrance exam on the official website at nta.ac.in.
As per the schedule, the online application process for JEE Main 2024 will be open till November 30, 2023.
The exam will be held between January 24 to February 01, 2024. The city intimation slip will be out by the second week of January 2024 and the admit card will be issued three dates before the actual date of the examination.

Eligibility Criteria
- There is no age limit for candidates appearing for JEE Main 2024. The candidates who have passed the Class 12th equivalent examination in 2022, 2023 or appearing in 2024 can appear for the examination.
How to Apply for NTA JEE Main 2024?
- Step 1 – Visit the official website at jeemain.nta.nic.in
- Step 2 – On the homepage, go to ‘Candidate Activity’ tab and click on the JEE 2024 registration link
- Step 3 – Register yourself and generate the login credentials
- Step 4 – Now, login using the same details and fill out the application form
- Step 5 – Upload all the required documents and pay the registration fees
- Step 6 – Download and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference

Mode of Examination
- JEE (Main) – 2024 will be conducted in the following modes:
- Paper 1 (B.E. /B. Tech.) in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only.
- Paper 2A (B. Arch): Mathematics (Part-I) and Aptitude Test (Part-II) in “Computer Based Test (CBT)” mode only and Drawing Test (Part-III) in pen and paper (offline) mode, to be attempted on drawing sheet of A4 size
- Paper 2B (B. Planning): Mathematics (Part-I), Aptitude Test (Part-II), and Planning-Based Questions (Part-III) in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode only.
JEE Main 2024 Syllabus
The testing agency has also released the syllabus for JEE Main 2024 (Session 1 & 2). Candidates can refer to the prescribed syllabus to prepare for the entrance exam which is scheduled to be conducted in January-February.
