We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Online PR Specialist to join our public relations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in online public relations strategies, digital media, and content creation. As an Online PR Specialist, you will be responsible for managing online reputation, building brand awareness, and fostering positive relationships with digital media outlets and influencers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive online PR strategies that align with the company's public relations goals and objectives.
Define target online media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and online communities for outreach.
Build and maintain relationships with online journalists, bloggers, and influencers in relevant niches.
Pitch and secure media coverage, interviews, and guest posts to increase brand visibility.
Create compelling online PR content, including press releases, articles, blog posts, and social media updates.
Ensure that online PR content aligns with brand messaging and engages the target audience.
Monitor online mentions and sentiment about the company, products, and services.
Develop and implement crisis management plans to address negative online publicity effectively.
Monitor and manage online reputation through proactive online PR efforts.
Implement strategies to enhance positive online reviews and ratings.
Identify and collaborate with relevant online influencers to promote the brand and its products/services.
Manage influencer partnerships and campaigns to ensure alignment with brand values.
Monitor and engage with conversations on social media platforms to address inquiries, concerns, and positive feedback.
Foster a positive and interactive online community.
Participate in online forums, communities, and discussion groups to represent the brand and build relationships.
Share valuable insights and content to position the company as an industry thought leader.
Generate regular reports on online PR performance, including media coverage, sentiment analysis, and engagement metrics.
Provide insights and recommendations to the PR team and senior management.
Plan and execute online PR events, such as webinars, live streams, and virtual conferences, to engage the online audience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience as an Online PR Specialist or similar role with a successful track record in online PR strategies.
Deep understanding of digital media, online reputation management, and online influencer engagement.
Proficiency in content creation and online PR tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret online PR metrics and derive actionable insights.
