Key Responsibilities:

College & University Support: Assist students in selecting suitable colleges and courses as per their academic profile.

Follow-up & Conversion: Maintain regular follow-ups with students and parents to ensure successful enrollment.
Database Management: Maintain student records, inquiries, and counseling reports in CRM or internal systems.
Content Contribution: Collaborate with the content team to provide insights on trending career options and education updates.
Workshops & Seminars: Participate in career seminars, webinars, and awareness programs organized by All Success Path.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience: A minimum duration of 6 months is mandatory in education counseling or academic advisory roles.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to connect with students and parents.
Knowledge of Education System: Understanding of Indian entrance exams, universities, scholarships, and career pathways.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and CRM tools.
Problem-Solving Ability: Capability to analyze student profiles and suggest suitable career paths.
Target-Oriented Approach: Ability to meet counseling and enrollment targets.
