About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing seamless and visually appealing user experiences across our website and digital platforms. You will collaborate with developers, content creators, and marketing professionals to ensure our platform delivers a smooth, responsive, and engaging user journey.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability testing to understand user behavior and improve design decisions.
Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and interactive designs using modern UI/UX tools.
Visual Design: Design clean, modern, and responsive web interfaces aligned with brand guidelines.
User Experience Optimization: Enhance navigation, layout structure, and content presentation for better engagement and lower bounce rates.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design elements.
Design System Development: Maintain and update style guides, design systems, and UI components for consistency.
Performance-Focused Design: Optimize designs for fast loading, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Applications, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: A minimum duration of 6 months is mandatory.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or similar design software.
HTML/CSS Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end technologies is an advantage.
Responsive Design Expertise: Experience designing for mobile-first and responsive layouts.
Problem-Solving Ability: Strong analytical thinking and user-centric approach.
Communication Skills: Ability to present and explain design concepts clearly.
Time Management: Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
